Sevilla wins Platinum Awards in PAIR Research Conference
Mrs. Sevilla S. Felicen, faculty member of the College of International Hospitality Management received Platinum Awards (2nd place) for three categories namely: Best Oral Presenter, Best in Powerpoint Presentation and Best Dressed Researcher in the Southeast Asian Conference in Institutional Research held at Pryce Plaza Hotel in Cagayan de Oro, October 28-29, 2013 .
Felicen presented her institutional research a Tracer Study on Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Tourism from School Year 2006-2010 and a college research entitled, “Internship Performance of CITHM Students: Basis for Improved Internship Program”.
The said research conference was sponsored by Philippine Association of Institutions for Research (PAIR) a body that aims to advance quality multidisciplinary research and its dissemination in collaboration with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). PAIR is composed of 62 tertiary institutions which includes LPU-Batangas.
