Established in 2011, the Center for Global Engagement is under the Office of the Vice President for Institutional Affairs is responsible for creating linkages with other universities, research organizations, professional organizations, and funding institutions in the local and international arena. These linkages focus on mobility programs such as student exchange, faculty exchange, and staff exchange programs. It also focuses on research collaboration not only with other universities but also with government and non-government organizations. And lastly, it also focuses on the institutions or organizations that can grant funding to LPU-B to continue its programs in realizing the challenges of globalization.
OVERVIEW
The Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas recognizes the need to develop different kinds of partnerships with other institutions and/ or organizations inside and outside of the Philippines. These partnerships are likely to foster opportunities for the holistic development of its students, faculty members, administrative staff and to help the tri-fold functions of LPU-Batangas.
MISSION
The mission of the Center for Global Engagement is to provide quality programs for internationalization and services for LPU-Batangas. It shall develop among stakeholders awareness, involvement in the internationalization programs together with the scope of widening the obligations of the students. It shall also be involved in the linkages and International relations with foreign governments, agencies and foundations, and collaboration with foreign universities.

| Academic Exchange Program | One to two semester study in a partner university outside the Philippines under bilateral or multilateral agreements. |
| Cultural Exchange Program | According to UNESCO, the main objective of this program is to promote respect and understanding for other cultures hence promoting cultures to flourish in their diversity cross cultural skills in a globalized world.
Program duration: The program usually runs from 3 days up to a maximum of 2 months, depending on the offer of the partner school. |
| Faculty Exchange Program | The faculty exchange programs provide participants with the opportunity to teach or conduct research for one semester or an academic year at an overseas university. Faculty members would benefit from exposure to a culturally varied and diverse faculty make-up, with an opportunity to exchange ideas and observe a variety of styles. |
| Staff Exchange Program | The exchange experience is designed to provide staff with the opportunity to share best practices and expertise, network and acquire a more global perspective on university services, administration, and management. The program is designed to support the professional development of the participating staff. |
