The study of pharmacy is founded on the identification, discovery, isolation, synthesis, and formulation of biologically active compounds for clinical use. Pharmacists are not just experts on drug information but also authorities on drug use.

LEVEL OUTCOMES

Graduates of BS Pharmacy program are expected to attain the following objectives 3-5 years after graduation: 

  • have passed the licensure examination; 
  • demonstrate competence in the performance of treatment, monitoring, and management of diseases;  
  • exhibit an attitude of professionalism and leadership in collaboration with other disciplines and membership in professional organization; 
  • commit to lifelong learning through continuing education; and 
  • participate in research and community extension activities to develop knowledge of health, disease, healthcare management, and education
