Graduates of the BSBA HRDM Program are expected to attain the following objectives 3 to 5 years after graduation:

Student outcomes are the sets of competencies (related knowledge, skills, and attitudes) that all learners are expected to demonstrate upon graduation.

  • Articulate and discuss the latest developments in the specific field of practice.
  • Effectively communicate orally and in writing using both English and Filipino.
  • Work effectively and independently in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
  • Act in recognition of professional, social, and ethical responsibility.
  • Preserve and promote “Filipino historical and cultural heritage”.
  • Identify and describe the basic concepts that underlie each of the following areas of business (marketing, finance, human resources management, production, and operations management, information technology, and strategic management) and employ these concepts in various business situations.
  • Identify the proper decision-making tools to critically, analytically, and creatively solve problems and drive results.
  • Plan and implement business decisions in view of social responsibility, personal, moral, and ethical standards.
  • Utilize basic and intermediate human resource management-related concepts in understanding labor needs and demands, problem-solving and decision making.
  • Establish professional relationships, affiliations, and linkages with business stakeholders and professional organizations for personal and professional development.
  • Prepare and conduct business reports, business planning, and research and perform analysis and evaluation.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and business values in all forms of business undertakings.
