For BS Marine Transportation and BS Marine Engineering, the applicant must undergo the medical/diagnostic tests and must be certified fit to take the Maritime program, following this procedure.

B. For Filipino applicants and foreign applicants in the Philippines, we will only accept medical diagnostic test from any DOH-MARINA accredited hospital/diagnostic labs (Please refer to the list below)

There is a possibility that some clinics do not offer the complete required medical/diagnostic tests. In this case, you might have to go to another medical institution in your area.

 

C. Submit the original result of the medical exam in person or via courier to: University Medical and Dental Clinic, Admin Building, LPU-Batangas, Capitol Site, Batangas City, Batangas 4200

 

NOTE:  Submit the result within a week after the medical exam.  Failure to send within the prescribed period shall invalidate the medical exam result.

 

D. For in-person, get confirmation immediately from a UMDC personnel. While for medical result sent via courier, kindly check your email within 3-4 working days for the advice from the UMDC.

 

IMPORTANT:  Failure to pass the medical exam would mean non-admission to the Maritime program. In case you do not pass the medical, you may still opt to take other LPU program offerings which do not require a medical exam (see other programs).

2. ENTRANCE EXAM (for Board Programs)

  1. Pay the entrance exam fee of Php730 for Maritime Programs, Php250 for other Board Programs and Php315 for Senior High School Applicants at the LPU-Batangas Cashier or thru other online payment facilities.

 

IMPORTANT: For payments made online, the student must send a copy of the proof of payment with your name, applicant number, and program through a private message to the official Facebook page of Cashier’s Office (Facebook@LPU-Batangas Cashier) or through their email (cashier@lpubatangas.edu.ph) for verification. Once you have received your Official Receipt, please wait for the schedule of the exam to be sent to your registered email by the Counseling and Testing Center (CATC).

 

If you paid on-site, please visit Counseling and Testing Center (CATC), Room 102, SHL Building for your exam schedule.

 

  1. For Maritime Programs, check your email from the CATC for the advice on the guidelines for the online entrance exam. Results are released thru email by the LPU Counseling and Testing Center within four to five (4-5) working days after taking the exam.
  2. For other Board Programs and Senior High School Applicants, Entrance Exam is conducted everyday, face-to-face at the Main Campus only. Results will be released on the same day of the exam schedule.

OLD STUDENTS (Regular)

1. ENROLLMENT

To enlist your subjects, please click this link: https://students.lpubatangas.edu.ph

  • Enter your Student Number as your Username and your Official Receipt (down payment for tuition fee of the previous semester) as your password.
  • Click “Enrollment/Registration”
  • Click “Save”
  • Select “Section”
  • Click “Load Section” and “Save all subjects”
  • Select “Payment Mode”
  • Click “compute”

 

2. PAYMENT

Pay the tuition fee at the LPU Batangas Cashier or thru online payment facilities listed on this link: Other payment facilities

Minimum down payment for the installment option is P5,000.

 

3. ENLISTMENT CONFIRMATION

Upon obtaining the Official Receipt (onsite or email), check your email for the enlistment confirmation to be sent by the University Registrar.
