Established in 2011, the Linkages and International Affairs Office under the Office of the President is responsible for creating linkages with other universities, research organizations, professional organizations, and funding institutions in the local and international arena. These linkages focus on mobility programs such as student exchange, faculty exchange, and staff exchange programs. It also focuses on research collaboration not only with other universities but also with government and non-government organizations. And lastly, it also focuses on the institutions or organizations that can grant funding to LPU-B to continue its programs in realizing the challenges of globalization.

The mission of Linkages and International Affairs is to provide quality programs for internationalization and services for LPU- Batangas. It shall develop among stakeholders awareness, involvement in the internationalization programs together with the scope of widening the obligations of the students. It shall also be involved in the linkages and International relations with foreign governments, agencies, and foundations, and collaboration with foreign universities.
