The Sotero H. Laurel Learning Resource Center or SLRC aims to support the Educational Program of LPU Batangas. Specifically, it provides the library needs of students, faculty members, administrative personnel and alumni. There are three SLRC’s providing library services on the three campuses. It carries thousands of collections of print and virtual materials.

VISION
We are a user-centered library that provides responsive services tailored to the user needs of LPU-Batangas.
MISSION
The S.H.L. Learning Resource Center strives to continue providing and maintaining access to information and resources that support teaching, research, and extension service to the LPU community, and its industry partners and linkages.
GOALS
- Provide access to the comprehensive learning resources and services required to support the learning, teaching, and research activities of the university and other institutions.
- Adapt to the changing needs of the institution by leveraging technology through innovative and effective library services.
- Develop and implement library instruction programs designed to enhance the information literacy and research skills of all library users.
- Support and enrich the trifold functions of the university (Instruction, Research, and Community Extension) to meet its objectives in providing quality education and inculcating the value of lifelong learning.
- Empower library staff through proper training and seminars and engage them appropriately in the activities of the library.
