Southville International Schools and Colleges (SISC), a premier institution renowned for its globally competitive academic programs, visited Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas (LPU-B) on March 12, 2025, to benchmark its best practices and quality assurance.

University officials highlighted key strategies in academic excellence, faculty development, and student-centered learning. Discussions emphasized the role of continuous quality improvement in enhancing program effectiveness, strengthening global competitiveness, and ensuring that graduates meet industry demands.

The delegation from SISC, led by Dr. Jocelyn Tizon, SGEN President, included Dr. Ruel Cajili, Quality Management Representative and Research/QA Head, along with other academic leaders such as Ms. Anna Maria Villarruz, Head of Student Affairs and Discipline, Ms. Astrid De Leon, College Director, and Dr. Rene Aligonero, Linkages and Partnership Director. They were warmly received by LPU-B officials, including Mr. Frederick C. Badillo, Senior Vice President and Vice President for Finance; Mr. Paolo Sotero Laurel, Vice President for Institutional Affairs; Dr. Cecilia Pring, Vice President for Academics and Research; and Dr. Conrado Dotong, Assistant Vice President for Academics and Research.
