Michael Balina, a Culinary Arts student of LPU Batangas bagged First Place in “The Great Adobo Cook-Off Contest held at the HMR Trading House, Batangas City. Balina competed in the same contest held at the Pioneer Street Market last November 14, 2015 and emerged as finalist.
