HOW TO ORDER UNIFORMS
STEP 1. Please proceed to the Bookstore – Uniform Section for the ordering and measurement of uniforms.

- Room 202, JPL Bldg. (Measurement & Releasing of Uniform)
- Room 201, JPL Bldg. (Bookstore Teller)
- LIMA Campus – beside LIMA Gymnasium
- Riverside Campus – Lower Ground, SHL Bldg.
STEP 2. Kindly present any proof of enrollment (tuition fee payment, Sales Invoice, registration form, or confirmation email of your enrolment from Registrar’s Office) to the uniform staff. The staff will provide a uniform price list and record your desired sizes.
STEP 3. Proceed to the bookstore teller for payment. Teller will issue a Sales Invoice and a copy of your Job Order.
STEP 4. Present to the uniform staff a copy of your Sales Invoice and Job Order for recording and issuance of uniforms.
Notes: Uniforms may be released immediately if available. If no size is available, uniforms can be claimed within 30 days or upon advice of the uniform supplier through text.
