- Demonstrate a strong theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of concepts, approaches, and trends in leading and managing educational institutions.
- Develop strategic, transformational, and entrepreneurial mindset in actual work and practice of school administration.

- Utilize technology to enhance school management and operations.
- Engage in advanced scholarly study and research on educational leadership and management to contribute to theory building, framework, and policy development.
