Job Referral and Career Coaching Registration

Alumni ID Application

Follow these easy steps to apply for your alumni ID:

  1. Go to myportal.lpubatangas.edu.ph/cdap/
  2. Click  the “Online Alumni ID Application” button
  3. Click the “Register Here” button
  4. Enter your Student Number (without dash (-) symbol), Date of Birth and select your Processing Type (Personal or With Authorization)
  5. Personal – if you will be the one to process your alumni ID personally.
  6. With Authorization – if an authorized person will process your alumni ID on your behalf.
  7. Click the “Proceed Next” button.
  8. Fill out all the fields. If not applicable, put “N/A”.
  9. Click the “Submit My Request” button.
  10. Proceed to the CDAP office to claim your alumni ID slip.
  11. Route the slip to concerned offices for verification.
  12. Claim your alumni ID at the Bookstore. (by appointment)
