IMPORTANT: Requirements (unless specified to be submitted prior to admission) are to be submitted to the Registrar’s Office once online enlistment has been confirmed and student no. has been issued.

Enrollment is conditional pending the submission of documents (original hard copies) in-person or via courier. The deadline for submission is stated on the enlistment confirmation email to be sent to you by the Registrar. Please take note that submitted requirements shall become the property of LPU and shall not be returned to the applicant.

Graduate School

An applicant for admission to any Graduate School Program must have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any university/college, and must have met the admission criteria of the LPU-B Graduate School. An applicant for admission to the Graduate School must also submit the following:

  • Official Transcript of Records – with degree conferred from the school last attended
  • Certification of Graduation – if official documents are not yet released
  • Subject Description for credited subjects from the previous school attended
  • Admission Letter – Result of Admission Exam
  • PSA/NSO Birth Cert – Original copy
  • Marriage Contract – for female applicants only

Note: Completion of a Bachelor’s degree is a prerequisite for a master’s degree programs.

Completion of a master’s degree is a prerequisite for admission to doctoral programs.

Provisional Admission:

    • Applicants awaiting official documents may be admitted provisionally for one (1) term, upon submission of certification from their previous school’s Registrar.
    • Provisional status must be cleared before the next enrollment period; otherwise, enrollment will be suspended.

International Students

Senior High School / College / Graduate School (this also includes Filipinos who are enrolled in schools abroad)

New Students

Application Requirements

  • Authenticated academic records from the applicant’s country of origin with Red Ribbon from the Embassy
  • NBI/Police Clearance
  • Birth Certificate (with English translation)
  • Student Visa or Special Study Permit (SSP)
  • Valid Passport (with at least 1 year validity)

Note: If the above documents are found in order after verification and evaluation, the applicant will be issued a Letter of Invitation/Acceptance, which will be used for the processing of student Visa.

Requirement for Enrolment and Visa Processing

  • Valid Passport (with at least 1 year validity)
  • Authenticated academic records from the applicant’s country of origin (with Red Ribbon from the Embassy)
