LPU Clebrates Internationalization Week

LPU is now celebrating its annual “Internationalization Week” spearheaded by the Linkages, International Affairs and Alumni (LAIA) office under the leadership of Exec. Director Dr. Leon R. Ramos Jr.  The activities for this year are the Internationalization Exhibit, Conference and the Alumni Hour.

Invited speakers of the conference are Bureau of Immigration Commissioner- Hon. Siegfred B. Mison, Dept. of Tourism’s Standard Development Division OIC-Ms.Arlene Alipio and Yebah International Sales Company CEO- Mr. Ronad Brian A. Guinto. With the theme, “Global Education and the Challenges of 2015” the conference aims to make our students aware of what is in store for Filipinos when we take on the challenge of the ASEAN Qualification Reference Framework.

The Alumni Hour on February 28 will showcase eleven (11) Alumni Achievers representing the colleges of LPU. These members of the alumni were chosen by the deans based on their achievements in their respective fields.

The Internalization Week has an ongoing exhibit at the SHL lobby which manifests the general theme, “Global Education: Challenges, Culture and Connections.
