LPU- Batangas Bags Two Awards in HOFEX 2015

Contestants representing LPU-Batangas won two awards in the recently concluded Hong Kong International Classic Culinary Competition held during the Hong Kong Food Exposition (HOFEX), May 6-9, 2015.

Bringing home these laurels were student chef Julius Raven Balita who won gold for his plated dessert and CITHM Dept. Chair- Mr. Leoncio Barlan who won silver for his Amuse-Bouche.

LPU Manila, Cavite and Laguna likewise participated and won their respective awards in the said culinary contest.
