Blackboard Inc. Conducts LMS Training in LPU

Representatives from Blackboard Inc. conducted a training on “Integrating Outcomes Based Education with Learning Management System (LMS)”, February 16, 2017.

Dr. Susan D’Aloia, Blackboard Client Success Manager facilitated the workshop on “The Substance behind Outcomes: Scaffolding the Gray Area.” The said workshop aims to bridge the gap between Outcomes Based Education and adopting an LMS.

More so, a hands-on training was conducted by Mr. Nick Benwell, Blackboard Solutions Engineer, to equip the academic group composed of the Deans and Dept. Chairmen of the different LPU Batangas programs in using the LMS.

The LMS training is the first of a series for faculty members who will start its full implementation by AY 2017-2018 and is an initiative of the LPU Batangas Management Information Systems Dept. headed by Mr. Alex Madlangbayan.
