Peking University Student in LPU for a Month-long visit

A visiting student in the person of Mr. Li He from Peking University was welcomed yesterday, April 12 by some of the University officials composed of Dr. Esmenia R. Javier, Executive vice President, Dr. Cecilia C. Pring, VP for Academics and Research, Dr. Maribeth G. Buenviaje, Executive Director, Strategic Communications, Linkages and International Affairs, Ms. Analiza Puyo, Executive Secretary and Dr. Olympio Garcia. This internationalization initiative aims to expose the student to the similarities and differences between developed and developing countries in areas of social, business and technology. And also to enhance students’ ability to assess and understand (in a relatively short time) the culture of new groups of people, in order to function effectively as a contributing member of the given community. Mr. Li He is taking up Masters in Computer Technology in Peking University, China and will observe classes in some programs of the University for a month.
