The Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas (LPU-B) has once again brought pride to the province as it was formally recognized by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Batangas for achieving the Hall of Fame (HOF) distinction as a Three-Time National Winner in the Search for Best Public Employment Service Office (PESO) under the Job Placement Office (JPO) Category.

The recognition follows LPU-B’s recent national triumph during the 25th National PESO Congress organized by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on October 15-17, 2025, in Tagaytay City, Cavite. The university’s consistent performance in employment facilitation and job placement initiatives has set a standard for higher education institutions across the country.
A ceremonial awarding took place on November 3, 2025, at the Salvador H. Laurel Session Hall, Apolinario Mabini Legislative Building, Capitol Site, Batangas City, led by Senior Board Member Doc Jun Berberabe. The provincial recognition highlighted the university’s exceptional contribution to workforce development, particularly in creating career opportunities and strengthening employability for students and graduates within Batangas and the CALABARZON region.
LPU-B continues to uphold its vision of producing globally competitive graduates through active industry linkages, government partnerships, and innovative job placement initiatives that connect education with meaningful employment. This HOF recognition further affirms the university’s leadership in advancing career readiness, employability, and workforce development across the region.
