Lyceum of the Philippines University–Batangas (LPU-B) proudly achieved a 100% passing rate in the June 2025 Philippine Nurses Special Professional Licensure Examination (PNSPLE) under its ETEEAP program, with four graduates landing in the Top 10.

Chariziel R. Marigsa led the success as Top 1, followed by Hasmin O. Anayatin (Top 7), Dahlia C. Abunsay (Top 8), and Marieta Llarenas (Top 10)—all seasoned Filipino nurses based in the Middle East. Their success stories reflect a powerful blend of experience, resilience, and second chances through the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP).
Each of these professionals, with 9 to 20 years of healthcare service, pursued their long-delayed academic dreams through LPU-B’s flexible and quality-driven ETEEAP curriculum. Their journeys—shaped by faith, perseverance, and a desire for self-improvement—turned years of hands-on expertise into academic excellence.
The university’s support system, led by dedicated faculty and program mentors, provided the guidance and structure needed for students to balance careers while preparing for licensure.
Their achievements also highlight the vital role of ETEEAP and the efforts of Filipino institutions and embassies abroad in creating opportunities for OFWs to thrive and compete globally.
LPU-Batangas continues to stand at the forefront of transnational education, producing globally competitive, compassionate, and credentialed professionals who prove that no dream is ever too late to pursue.
