The Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas (LPU-B) College of International Tourism and Hospitality Management (CITHM) recently showcased their culinary prowess at the 2024 Philippine Culinary Cup, held at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, from July 31 to August 3.
The Philippine Culinary Cup, recognized by the World Association of Chefs Societies in Paris, is the country’s most prestigious culinary competition. It is a platform where the finest chefs and culinary students from across the nation converge to demonstrate their skills, creativity, and expertise in transforming ingredients into extraordinary gastronomic experiences.
This year, the LPU-Batangas team brought their A-game, competing in multiple categories and impressing both judges and spectators alike with their innovative dishes, meticulous attention to detail, and mastery of culinary techniques. The awards are as follows:
