• Routine Annual Physical Exam.
• Medical Examination of Incoming freshmen/ transferee/returnee/foreign students.
• Physical Examination of Incoming Junior and Senior High School students.
• Assessment of Medical Examination Results if Incoming Maritime Students.
• Physical Examination for Sports Activities / Off Campus or School activities.

DENTAL CLINIC

• Oral Examination.
• Consultation /Oral Hygiene Instruction/Prescription of Medicines.

• Tooth Extraction (for advanced cases. Patients shall be referred to their dentist of choice.)

ISSUANCE OF MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

• Students who had undergone physical/medical examination.
• Students who have been treated for sickness or injuries that occur inside the campus.
