Empowering women and promoting gender equality are fundamental principles at LPU Batangas. We uphold inclusive admission policies and provide equal opportunities for leadership roles to create a supportive environment for women and mothers. Our commitment to gender equality is reflected in our non-discrimination policies and initiatives to support maternity and paternity leave for employees.

 

To further promote gender equality, we organize awareness campaigns and workshops on gender issues, encouraging dialogue and understanding among our campus community. Additionally, we actively collaborate with women’s organizations and advocacy groups to advance gender equality both on and off-campus. Through these efforts, we aim to create a culture of respect and equality where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
