Lyceum of the Philippines University QS Stars Recognition and Thanksgiving Ceremony
To celebrate the Four-Star institution rating of Lyceum of the Philippines University, LPU held a recognition and thanksgiving ceremony via Zoom, last July 15, 2021. Mr. E-way Chong, QS South-East Asia Regional Director presented and awarded the QS Stars Rating which was accepted by Dr. Peter P. Laurel, LPU-Batangas, Laguna and Davao President and Atty. Roberto P. Laurel, LPU-Manila and Cavite President.
The administrative heads and personnel of all LPU campuses are also virtually present. Chairman J. Prospero “Popoy” E. De Vera III and Atty. Lily Freida Milla of CHED shared their respective congratulatory messages. Chairman Popoy emphasized that he was happy since this happened during his CHED leadership. The QS Stars™ rating system is operated by the QS Intelligence Unit, the independent compiler of the QS World University Rankings® since 2004. The system evaluates universities across a wide range of important performance indicators as set against pre-established international standards.
