Office of Student Affairs

The Office of Student Affairs is under the student services division in charge of formulating implementing and monitoring of disciplinary policies, rules and regulations. It also provides essential co-curricular and extracurricular activities to create a vibrant student life.

OOSA envisions itself as a leading support department in the delivery of quality student services within its scope.

MISSION

We provide various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities essential for promoting vibrant student life and endure well disciplined students.

OUR SERVICES

It provides leadership enhancement and attitude development (LEAD) programs, values-driven seminars, camps, training, socialization, competition, community extension activities, and recognition ceremony, among others, necessary for the holistic development of students. These activities serve as a training ground for bigger leadership roles and responsibilities in our society.

    • Hearing and resolution of student complaints/concerns
    • Membership in different recognized student organizations
    • Regulating and monitoring various student activities
    • Boarding house/dormitory accreditation
    • Application for (lost/broken/damaged) I.D.
    • Application for student locker
    • Issuance of temporary gate passes
    • Assistance in processing of documentary requirements for students’ insurance claims
    • Lost and found section

To process your request for replacement of lost or damaged  LPU student ID, please be guided by the following:

  • Fill out the online ID Application Form https://tinyurl.com/2p87pkrt
  • After filling out the form, please pay an amount of Php 455.00 thru the payment channels listed here. Send a copy or screenshot of payment to cashier@lpubatangas.edu.ph together with the form that you filled out and the purpose of payment.
  • Wait for the confirmation/receipt of your payment and email it to bookstore@lpubatangas.edu.ph
