LPU Batangas Co-Hosts 8th National Social Science Congress

Research remains to be an important function of every educational institution, thus Lyceum of the Philippines University Batangas co-hosts the 8^th National Social Science Congress (NSSC 8) focusing on “Inclusive Governance Gateways to Sustainable Futures”. Dr. Peter P. Laurel, University President welcomed the participants while Dr. Maria Caridad Tarroja, Chair of the NSSC 8 organizing committee gave the opening remarks. This year’s keynote speaker in Dr. Patricia Licuanan, Chairperson of the Commission on Higher Education. The event was also graced by Batangas Governor-Elect, Hon. Hermilando I. Mandanas.
