Kielle Imrei Tria to be recognized in DOST-SEI YES Awards

Kielle Imrei A. Tria a grade 8 student of the LPU High School will be given recognition along with other Filipino student achievers on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at the Youth Excellence in Science “YES” Awards spearheaded by the Department of Science and Technology through the Science and Education Institute (DOST-SEI).

Tria won a silver medal in the 2016 International Math Wizards competition in Bangkok, Thailand a DOST-SEI recognized competition which qualifies him for the YES Awards.

The YES Awards is a recognition system for young achievers in the international science and mathematics competitions instutionalized by the DOST-SEI. The awarding ceremony will be held at the DOST IV-A Regional Office in Los Baños, Laguna.
