INTO Holds Internship Orientation for Five Colleges
Internships are work-based activities in which students engage in learning through practical and relevant experiences at various internship sites. Internships are undertaken by students who are at or near the end of a preparatory academic program.
It is in this context that the Internship Office (INTO) under the Directorship of Mrs. Gileth Maraquilla, held an Internship Orientation for the students of CITHM, CBAM, CCOS, COE, and CEAS, September 30, 2017, at the Freedom Hall. Parents were also invited so that they would be knowledgeable on the process of internship and for them to be aware of the rules and regulations that they should follow during their internship.
INTO is the one responsible for seeking reputable and best partner-industries for the student-interns of Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas. The Internship Office, with the cooperation of the College Deans, aims to support the students in the actual world of business, hospitality, engineering and IT work environment.
