“LPU-Batangas has helped me become competitive at the international level, and I consider this an instrument for my career growth.”
I began my career working for Professional Physical Therapy in New York City,- an Orthopedic/Sports Facility. I treated mainly sports-specific injuries and post-operative cases such as Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL), meniscus tears, rotator cuff repairs, etc.
Then, I transferred to Vista Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine in Texas which has the same setting as my former company (student-athletes, weekend warriors, geriatric, general population). While in Texas, I completed a handful of certification classes to expand my experiences and grow my skills as a Physical Therapist. After working in Outpatient/Ortho, I decided to shift my career to Acute Care and further develop my clinical skills in other areas of rehabilitation.
At present, I am working as an Acute Care Physical Therapist in the Surgical Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant Unit – at UT Southwestern Medical Center -William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital.
To date, these are some of my humble achievements.

The quality of education I received from the Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas provided me with the necessary skills I need to provide high-quality care to my patients and the knowledge I need to grow as a clinician.
My professors pushed me to be the best version of myself and inspired me to succeed in my field of profession. They also inspired me to be a critical thinker, team player, and a good leader. LPU-Batangas has helped me become competitive at the international level, and I consider this an instrument for my career growth.
