Vision
The Lyceum of the Philippines University through the Community Extension Office envisions to be an effective instrument of social transformation in the community.
Mission
It seeks to develop among its students, faculty, and staff a social conscience through awareness, concern, and involvement in community development. It shall maintain harmonious relations with the wider community and enhance among the members of the academic and non-academic community deep concern for the needs of others and a strong desire to commit themselves to community upliftment.
