Ms. Fajardo , 20 years old, is a graduating Nursing Student from the Lyceum of the Philippines University of Batangas and hails from Poblacion I and the sister of a former Ms. Batangas City Foundation, Monique Fajardo.

Before joining the pageant, Ms. Siselle was crowned Ms. LPU 2013 and Ms. PRISAA-CALABARZON 2014.
