For Online Processing

1. Open the URL pirateshub.lpubatangas.edu.ph in your web browser.

2. Click the ‘Login with your LPU Account’ tab and sign in with your Office 365 Username and Password.

3. Click ‘Student ID Application’ from the dashboard.

4. Click ‘Apply for ID’ from the left sidebar menu.

5. Select the type of your ID application (i.e., New Student, Lost ID, Replacement ID, or Course Shifter)

6. Click the ‘Proceed with my application’ button.

7. Fill out all the required fields, upload the latest picture, signature, and click the ‘Submit’ button. For in-campus claims, a photo and a signature may also be taken at the bookstore.

ID Photo Specifications:

  • Size: at least 2”x2”
  • Background: White background only
  • Format: JPG (Please refrain from sending photos in a format other than what is specified.)

8. Please ensure that all data encoded is correct. Bookstore will not be liable for any incorrect data encoded in the system.

9. To claim your ID, kindly proceed to the Bookstore at the Main Campus and present a copy of your Sales invoice for uniform payment (applicable to new High School and College students with required uniforms). For delivery, kindly send us a message.

For Onsite Enrollment

1. Fill out the ID Application form through the QR Code displayed at the bookstore. Attach your latest photo, or it can be taken at the bookstore

2. Present your proof of enrollment, Registration Form, Sales Invoice for Tuition Fee, or a Confirmation Email of your Enrollment from the REGO, whichever is available, and Sales Invoice for Uniform Payment to the ID Processor.

3. Please ensure that all data encoded is correct. The bookstore will not be liable for any incorrect data encoded in the system.

4. Claim for Main Campus – ID will be released on the same day.

Note: For Riverside & Lima Campus – 3 to 7 days after completion of ID Processing.
