New Topnotchers of the Maritime Board Exams
Three Lyceans join the long list of LPU Board Topnotchers as they obtained top ranks in the Maritime Licensure Exams. Virgilio Atienza ranked top 8 in the Master Mariner Licensure exam while Dondon Vergara and Mellan Paglinawan ranked top 2 and 3 respectively in the Licensure Exam for OIC-Navigational Watch given last January 2014. The three gentlemen are graduates of the Lyceum International Maritime Academy, the leading provider of Maritime professionals in the region.
