Rescue 177 Conducts School-Based Disaster Response and Safety Skills Training

A School-based Disaster Response and Safety Skills Training was held last Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the LPU Main Campus. This activity participated by student leaders and employees was thru the initiative of the LPU Batangas Risk Management Committee chaired by Mrs. Escolastica Boniel. Facilitated by Rescue 177 a CHED and Office of the Civil Defense recognized training center; this training aims to equip the participants with the technical knowledge, practical skills, and information for emergency and disaster preparedness. Participants were taught immediate first aid, emergency rescue and transfer procedure, basic life support, earthquake drill and basic firefighting. #TakingTheLead #ChooseLPUBatangas
