Graduates of Education program shall have:

  • Acquired needed teaching competence through relevant training and seminars.
  • Articulated and applied their expertise in the field of teaching.
  • Internalized values and ethics expected of professional teachers as agents of transformation and become responsible and productive members of society.
  • Conducted relevant research/studies in their areas/fields of specializations to improve/enhance teaching expertise.

At the end of the program, the students shall have the ability to:

  • Take the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) and continue learning for professional advancement.
  • Demonstrate basic and higher-level literacy, communication, numeracy, critical thinking, and learning skills.
  • Understand and practice the role of the teacher in facilitating teaching-learning processes across disciplines.
  • Practice professional and ethical requirements.
  • Facilitate learning of diverse types of learners and learning styles.
  • Do research and innovative instructional materials.
