Operations Manager
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; preferably Director/VP Level specializing in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent.
• Has handled at least 100 FTEs
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, any field
• Strong computer skills required, especially in using MS Office applications
• Should have a track record of meeting targets and delivering on targets. • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
• Ability to build productive business relationships with clients.

Team Leader
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
• At least 1 year Team Leader experience is required for this position
 • Experience working on phone, email, and live chat customer support campaigns • Excellent written grammar skills and strong technical skills

 • Above average verbal communication skills
 • Familiarity with e-commerce and/or ZenDesk or any other CRMs is a plus

Workforce Supervisor
• Minimum 3 years of statistical and forecasting experience in a call center, including one year in a supervisory or management capacity.
 • Minimum 3 years of experience with WFM platforms (e.g., eWFM, IEX, Monet)
 • Minimum 3 years of experience with developing call center agent schedules within a virtual call center network, monitoring intraday call volume, making intraday adjustments and enforcing schedule with agents.
• Experience with workforce management system in a multi-channel, multi-skill and multi-site environment· ·

Responsibilities and The Opportunity: Recruitment Specialist
A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. You must have:

• Possess solid business logic and analytical skills
• High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills

Facilities Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, other Business related field, preferred. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
• Minimum of eight years management experience in which five years shall be management of facility maintenance.
• Ability to think strategically in the modification of various plans from time-to-time to increase the work efficiency and productivity
• Capable of establishing mission-oriented teams and resolving facility failures in a timely fashion.
• Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners in remote locations
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility in scheduling work hours and available for regular travel.

 

IT Support Site Supervisor

• Minimum 4 Year degree from an accredited University or equivalent work experience in a Business or IT Management role
• 2-3 years IT support experience in Supervisory capacity
• Capable of establishing mission-oriented teams and resolving facility failures in a timely fashion.
• Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners in remote locations
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Served in a role that worked directly with customers or end users of IT services
• Understanding of IT systems environments and IT industry trends

 

IT Support Specialist

• Minimum 4 Year degree from an accredited University or equivalent work experience in a Business or IT Management role
• A minimum of 8 years as an Information Technology professional
• Capable of establishing mission-oriented teams and resolving facility failures in a timely fashion.
• Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners in remote locations
