PRC Lucena in coordination with Lyceum of the Philippine University-Batangas (LPU-B) will facilitate the filing of application for the Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) for June 2013 examination

Interested applicants may come on April 13,2013, 8:00 o’clock in the morning at the LPU-B Computer Laboratory, 2nd floor of SHL building.

Please bring the necessary requirements as follows:

4 pcs. passport size ID picture with complete name
Certificate of undertaking (notarized)
RLE grade (notarized)
TOR (Transcript of Records – original and clear copy)
CTC (Community Tax Certificate or cedula)
PhP 935.00 (for registration fee, documentary stamp and envelope)
NSO Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)

LPU-B’s JMA reaps double victory

February 2013 was surely a blessing for Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas’ Junior Marketing Association (JMA).

On February 3, 2013, JMA bested 22 schools nationwide as it emerged Champion in the TV Commercial Teaser Contest, held in line with the COMGUILD’s 4^th Annual Conference of Advertising, Marketing & Business Administration Students of the Philippines.

Meanwhile, on February 16, 2013, they landed on the 3^rd place for the ACER Marketing Case Study in the International Marketing & Brand Conference.

Indeed, JMA proves that LPU Batangas’ marketing education is on the lead.

Nursing sophomore lands first in US skating competition

Angela Nichole Ona Bicol, second year BS Nursing student of Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas (LPU-B), landed First Placer in the recently concluded 15th Annual Anaheim ICE ISI Open Competition held at Anaheim ICE in Anaheim, California in America.

An Ice Hockey player in 2010, Bicol shifted to Figure Skating in 2012 – the category where she reaped the abovementioned victory. Meanwhile, this is not the first time that this Nursing sophomore reigned in an international competition. In 2010, she emerged Second Placer in an Ice Hockey Competition in Malaysia, while she was also First Placer in the 2012 Skate Manila.

Bicol’s success is another manifestation that Lyceans take the lead not just in the Philippines but also abroad, not just in academics but in various fields there are.
