Enrolment Procedure (Old Students)

This starts with the Advising of Subjects to the applicants at the Academic Department and ends with the payment of fees and issuance of registration form.

Credentials to Submit

  • Valid School ID
  • Grade Report
  • Final permit of the previous semester attended
  • Student Clearance (for Returning Students)

STEPS:

  1. Academic Department (Issuance of advising slip)
  2. Registrar’s Office (for IRREGULAR students) – Window’s 1 – 6, JPL Bldg. (Evaluation of Subjects advised by the Academic Department)
  3. Academic Department (Encoding of Subjects) – refer to STEP 1
  4. Cashier (Payment of Fees) – Ground Floor, JPL Bldg.
