    ADMISSION PROCEDURES FOR ENTRANCE EXAMINEES

    • Secure application form from LPU personnel who visit your school or from LPU’s Counseling and Testing Center (CATC).
    • Fill out the application form and attach your most recent 1×1 photo.
    • Pay the corresponding entrance examination fee at the Cashier’s Office. Entrance exam fee may vary as to Marine and Non-Marine courses.
    • Submit the accomplished form, official receipt, and long white letter envelope (no stamp) to the Guidance Counselor at the CATC.
    • Wait for your test schedule.
    • Entrance exam result will be released one (1) hour after the test.
    • Secure routing slip for the Ishihara Test (for Marine courses).
      *Transferees will be required to take the Personality Test.

    ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR FRESHMEN

    ADMISSION PROCEDURES FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

    • Report to the Graduate School (GS) office for interview with the program coordinator and acquire an endorsement letter.
    • Proceed to the Counseling and Testing Center (CATC) to secure an examination permit. Pay the non-refundable entrance examination fee to the Cashier’s Office.
    • Take entrance examination on the scheduled day and submit your most recent 1×1 ID photo to the CATC.
    • Call up GS after 5 working days for the examination result.
    • After passing the examination, come back to the Graduate School Office to secure the enrollment form. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office to submit the following requirements:
      • One (1) ID picture (1”x1”)
      • Original Transcript of Records with Special Order Number
      • Two (2) letters of recommendation
        (from former professor AND from present employer)
    FOR TRANSFEREES
    • Transcript of Records or  Certification of Grades or Class cards with Prospectus/Subject Description
    • Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credential
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • Letter of Admission
    • Ishihara Test Result ( for Marine Courses )
    FOREIGN STUDENTS
    Foreign students are required to submit the following requirements upon enrollment:

    • Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
    • Photocopy of Student Visa or Passport*
    • Two (2) passport-size pictures
    • English Proficiency Test. In addition to the entrance requirements prescribed for Filipino citizens and those prescribed by the Commission on Higher Education, foreign students must pass an English Profiency Test to be given by the English Department of the university.
    • Transcript of Records
    • Must pass the entrance examination.
      *Otherwise, admission letter from the Counseling and Testing Center.
