A. REGISTRATION:

Participation in the forum is open to all faculty members and researchers.

Registration fee:         

                        PhP1, 000.00               (Onsite participants, Walk-in participants)

                        PhP    750.00               (Early Bird rate until September 15, 2013)

                        PhP    100.00               (Student rate)

Confirmation of Participation for onsite and early bird must be sent to email: shl.lpuconference@gmail.com. Scanned deposit slip must also be sent for early bird registrants. Payment of registration fees in checks are accepted payable to LYCEUM OF THE PHILIPPINES UNIVERSITY or you may deposit it to our University bank account,  Bank of the Philippine Islands, Account No. 0871-0101-37,  Account Name: Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangs, Inc. Scanned deposit slip, together with Confirmation of Participation must be sent to this email: shl.lpuconference@gmail.comon or before September 15, 2013.

B. SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

To be considered for participation in the parallel sessions, a faculty or researcher should submit an abstract of the paper not exceeding 300 words to shl.lpuconference@gmail.com on or before August 31, 2013. Notification of acceptance will be on September 7, 2013.

C.  PRESENTATION

The presentation should at least 15-20 minutes. Important sections should be discussed like the introduction, materials and methods and results and discussion. Please send your powerpoint presentation on or before September 21, 2013 and bring your presentation on a USB flash drive during the event proper. Each presentation room will be equipped with a laptop and a screen for PowerPoint presentations. The laptop will be set up for powerpoint presentations.
