ADMISSION PROCEDURES FOR ENTRANCE EXAMINEES

  • Secure application form from LPU personnel who visit your school or from LPU’s Counseling and Testing Center (CATC).
  • Fill out the application form and attach your most recent 1×1 photo.
  • Pay the corresponding entrance examination fee at the Cashier’s Office. Entrance exam fee may vary as to Maritime, Non-Maritime courses and High School.
  • Submit the accomplished form, official receipt, and long white letter envelope (no stamp) to the Guidance Counselor at the CATC.
  • Wait for your test schedule.
  • Entrance exam result will be released one (1) hour after the test.
  • Secure routing slip for the Ishihara Test (for Maritime courses).

*Transferees will be required to take the Personality Test.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR COLLEGE FRESHMEN

  • High School Report Card (Form 138)
  • Form 137A ( if available )
  • NCAE-National Career Assessment Exam( if available )
  • Letter of Admission (Entrance Exam Result)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character ( if available)
  • Ishihara Test Result (for Maritime Courses only)

FOR TRANSFEREES (College)

  • Transcript of Records or  Certification of Grades or Class cards with Prospectus/Subject Description
  • Honorable Dismissal / Transfer Credential
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Letter of Admission
  • Ishihara Test Result (for Maritime Courses)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGH SCHOOL

  • Grade 10 Completion Certificate (for Grade 11 Entrance examinees)
  • Certificate of Competency (from TESDA) as applicable
  • Report Card-Form 137 and Form 138
  • NSO Birth Certificate (for transferees)
  • NCAE Result
  • Letter of Admission (Entrance Exam Result)
  • Physical Examination Results (to be conducted at LPU)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials (for transferees only)
  • 1×1 Colored Photo

ADMISSION REQUIRMENTS for FOREIGN STUDENTS (College and High

School)

Foreign students are required to submit the following requirements upon enrollment:

  • Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
  • Photocopy of Student Visa or Passport*
  • Two (2) passport-size pictures
  • English Proficiency Test. In addition to the entrance requirements prescribed for Filipino citizens and those prescribed by the Commission on Higher Education, foreign students must pass an English Proficiency Test to be given by the English Department of the university.
  • Transcript of Records
  • Letter of Admission from the Counseling and Testing Center (Indicating that you passed the entrance examination).

ADMISSION PROCEDURES FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

  • Report to the Graduate School (GS) office for interview with the program coordinator and acquire an endorsement letter.
  • Proceed to the Counseling and Testing Center (CATC) to secure an examination permit. Pay the non-refundable entrance examination fee to the Cashier’s Office.
  • Take entrance examination on the scheduled day and submit your most recent 1×1 ID photo to the CATC.
  • Call up GS after 5 working days for the examination result.
  • After passing the examination, come back to the Graduate School Office to secure the enrollment form. Proceed to the Registrar’s Office to submit the following requirements:
    • One (1) ID picture (1”x1”)
    • Original Transcript of Records with Special Order Number
    • Two (2) letters of recommendation (from former professor and from present employer)

LPU ENROLMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS

You may pay your tuition fee thru any of the following payment facilities:

Option 1:

Payment at any Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI) branches

Account Name: Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, Inc.

Account No.: 0871-0101-37

Payment Instructions:

  1. Present your ID when paying tuition and other fees at the bank.
  2. Fill out BPI deposit slip with your name, student number, account name and account number.
  3. Pay at least the minimum down payment of Php 3,500 for Non-Maritime Programs, Php 4,000 for Maritime Programs, or the Full Amount of Tuition fee
  4. Present, fax or email the validated deposit slip to the Cashier’s Office or Accounting Department for the issuance of Official Receipt within one (1) week from registration of subjects.

Option 2:

Payment via BPI Express Online

*For BPI account holders enrolled in Express Online. You may register if not yet

enrolled.

Payment Instruction:

  1. Log on to bpiexpressonline.com
  2. Click the Bills Payment tab.
  3. Pay at least the minimum downpayment of Php 3,500 for Non-Maritime Programs, Php 4,000 for Maritime Programs, or the Full Amount of Tuition fee
  4. Print the confirmation receipt
  5. Present, fax or email the confirmation receipt to the Cashier’s Office or Accounting Dept. for the issuance of Official Receipt within one (1) week from registration of subjects.

Option 3:

  • Payment through Bills Payment section (Customer Service or Business Center) SM City Batangas , SM City Lipa , SM Hypermarket, SM City Lucena

Payment Instruction:

  1. Present your ID when paying at SM Customer Service Center.
  2. Fill out Bills Payment Transaction Slip
  3. Pay at least the minimum down payment of Php 3,500 for Non-Maritime Programs, Php 4,000 for Maritime Programs, or the Full Amount of Tuition fee plus Eight Pesos (₱8.00) SM service fee.
  4. Present, fax or email the Bills Payment Transaction Slip to the Cashier’s Office or Accounting Dept. for the issuance of Official Receipt within one (1) week from registration of subjects.

Payment at the Cashier’s Office of Lyceum of the Phils. University Batangas

  • Cash Payment
  • Installment basis
  • Full payment
  • Cashier’s Check or Manager’s Check*

*Check should be payable to Lyceum of the Philippines University Batangas Inc.

The Official Receipt will be issued after bank clearing or after 5 working days

  • Payment through credit card (all Visa and Master Card, Amex, JCB, Diners

Club)

  • Payment through ATM card (Debit Account)

Payment Instruction:

  1. Cardholder must present valid ID to the Cashier’s Office of LPU-Batangas, Inc.
  2. Authorization letter of cardholder is not allowed for his / her representative to transact on his / her behalf
